Refund Policy

To fully appreciate the benefits and limits defined by the Heritage Book Publishing Policy, it is critical that you read and completely comprehend the return policy. Only in exceptional circumstances and under specific conditions can we provide refunds, as described below:

Change of Mind

  • Before our writers/editors begin working on the assignment, the buyer is entitled to a 100% refund.
  • If you change your mind after placing your purchase and decide not to continue your project with us for whatever reason, you can request a refund within the first hour after placing your order.
  • In all other situations, a 15% processing fee will be applied.

Incompetent Delivery

  • Customers are only entitled to a refund after they have exhausted all of the alternatives listed below; if the work does not meet the project criteria (as requested/documented by the client).
  • We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied, and we offer unlimited changes to guarantee that the delivery meets expectations.
  • If we are still unable to provide what you have requested, a refund will be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon proportion.

Delivery Errors

  • If we fail to deliver the requested service on time after three attempts to reach us, your refund will be processed if documentation proves the delay was the company’s fault.

Timeline for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. Requests made after the deadline will not be considered.

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Given

  • Minor technical issues (grammar, word count, typos, missing references, etc.) only qualify for partial refunds or future credits.
  • Delays caused by the client will not be the responsibility of the company.
  • Any disciplinary issues from misuse of purchased content are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Other Key Clauses

  • Abandoned Projects: If a project has been inactive for at least 45 days without communication, it will be considered closed.
  • Completed Projects: Heritage Book Publishing is not responsible for any project unclaimed after 45 days.
  • Personal Use & Copyright: All products are unique and the copyright belongs entirely to the customer. Unauthorized use may result in legal consequences.
  • Plagiarism: Strictly prohibited. Heritage Book Publishing does not tolerate or facilitate plagiarism.
  • Image Policy: Only in-house created images belong to us. We may suggest royalty-free image sources, but responsibility lies with the customer.

Revision Restrictions

  • Editing Orders: Revisions will only cover objective or technical errors. Any further changes are at the company’s discretion.
  • Ghostwriting Orders: Small sections may be revised until approval. Further revisions after acceptance will incur editing fees.

Liability Restrictions

You agree to hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

  • Technical failures, network issues, or software malfunctions
  • Delayed or corrupted deliveries caused by events beyond our control
  • Misuse of delivered products by the customer

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
